Out of the blue, I came to my office and all phone calls are ringing extension 100. No auto attended is even being engaged. Same applies to Fax Line.. any clues?
Do you mean that all inbound calls ring the extension 100 instead of AA? Is it FXO or SIP trunk? The call routing destination is set to AA in Inbound Calls page? Please send your configuration to me through Services-> Feedback, select report a problem in the category menu and input "attention wenyang@cisco.com" in the Suggestions or Problems section.
