Hey there,
I'm far from a Cisco expert, as you probably know based on this question already...
We have a UC320W and were hoping we could configure it to support automatic call parking. So, in other words, if somebody presses Option 1 for support and somebody is on the phone... After 3 rings we'd love if our UC320W could say, "All representatives are currently assisting other callers, please continue to hold or press 1 to leave a message in the general mail box." and then play music or something.
Right now, it'll ring and ring and maybe just go to voice mail -- which causes the caller to hang up and call right back sometimes.
Is this possible or will I have to upgrade to a UC520 (or higher)?

Hi Jeff,
This is a basic ACD feature. You can get a little creative with the UC500 platform using the built in B-ACD and an auto attendant.

Hi Jeff,
The call queueing feature is not currently available on the UC320W. This is something we are considering for a future feature release, but if your needs are immediate, the UC500 series may be a better fit.
Thanks,
Chris
