The From and To lines are correct.
Thanks in advance!

In this case the voicemail is from a caller on the PSTN, so it's external to the BE-3000. Is there a way to change the subject line for messages left from external callers?
We are using SMTP, which is configurred correctly. If a message is internal it does show who it came from.
Thanks.

Thanks for clarifying.
That is true, this is the Subject header sent when an external caller leaves voicemail.
Unfortunately, there is no configuration to change the Subject header of outgoing email.
Thanks

Are there any plans to have such a feature in an upcoming release?

Hi Tyler,
It is on the roadmap, however there is no committed release date for it.
Thanks
