BE3K License problem

Hi all,

I have a problem when I am installing the licenses.

I have 200 voice mail license with one PAK per user, so I have 200 PAKs.

After go to license registration page I have 6 .lic files with 30 or 35 PAKs each.

My problem is when I install files into BE with the wizard. The system only recognize 8 PAKs per file, so, I lost the other 22!!

Somebody know what's wrong?

Hi David,

It is problem with the licensing generation database/tool. The team is working to resolve the issue.  Please unicast me the numbers of missing licenses and MAC address of the server.  I will send you a new license file with the missing licenses.
