BE6000 server smart net service ordering issue is solved

Hi All,

    We had multiple reports on issues ordering BE6K-St-BDL-K9=. When order Smartnet service on the server without service on VCS licenses, CCW will make the configuration invalid. 

    This issue is solved now.  You should be able to order Smartnet service on BE6000 server without purchasing VCS service.

    We are working on solving the issue of service on the VCS licenses included in the server bundle.

Hello,

Can you clarify what you mean by going to ECMU to order maintenance separately on the VCS components in this bundle?  When I configure this SKU currently in CCW I have the regular SNT skus and then an odd

CON-SW-BE6KSTBD for software.  I however don't see the maintenance options for the VCS line items.  Any input would be great.
