Can I upgrade the IOS on the 2921 router within the BE6000s without upgrading everything else? If so, what entitlement/access do I need to request to download the software?
The smartnet contract and hardware is registered to my Cisco account, but I only have access to download the entire .ova bundle for BE6ks 11.0, and not the individual IOS for a 2921 router. Am I just in the wrong section?
I need to upgrade the IOS to address some vulnerability management reporting.
