Hello,
I have a customer who just wants to have an extension for a user and voicemail.
There will not be a physical phone assigned to them.
I usually order the UWL licenses that covers everything (ext, voicemail, jabber, etc) but what specific license covers only an extension and a voice mailbox ?
According to the license chart, the BE6K-UCL does not include a voicemail license.
What's the most cost-effective license to get?
Thanks

So in my BE6k, here are examples of the licenses being used:
1) Basic - For a User and a Directory Number (no voice mail) who has everything forwarded to an external number
2) Essential - For an ATA (analog line) that has a DN, but no user and no voice mail
3) Enhanced - For a User with a DN, Voice Mail, and a Phone
4) CUWL Standard - For a User with a DN, Voice Mail, a Phone, Jabber that is tied to the phone (CTI) and Mobility
