I have an issue where I have several SPA525G phones set as Dual-Line (Default setting).
I need to get the system to issue a busy tone whenever the user is on a call. At present, as the phones are set to dual line they do not issue a busy tone they just indicate another incoming call.
I have been told the easiest way to do this is to make the phones single-line, the only issue I have with this is that the users are no longer able to do assisted transfers, the call gets imdeiately transfered as soon as the last digit of the extension is pressed.
If anyone can help then I would be most greatful as this is stopping the implimentation of a new system.
Many thanks in advance for your help

I have managed to locate the fix for this:
You have to set "HUNTSTOP CHANNEL" on each of the phones as below:
Config t
ephone-dn
huntstop channel
exit
Repeat this for each phone.
