Dear All,
Hope that everythings goes well with you all. I have a problem with Call Accounting in UC560. I configured the following:
gw-accounting file
primary ftp 194.34.12.244/ username 1234 password 12345
acct-template callhistory-detail
maximum buffer-size 25
maximum retry-count 4
maximum fileclose-timer 60
maximum cdrflush-timer 15
sh flash:
339 12 Jul 20 2010 06:31:10 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_09_31_11.129
340 12 Jul 20 2010 06:30:16 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_09_30_17.100
341 53391 Jul 20 2010 06:30:00 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_08_50_22.850
342 12 Jul 20 2010 06:34:10 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_09_34_10.668
343 1602 Jul 20 2010 06:36:48 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_09_36_49.163
344 12 Jul 20 2010 06:37:02 cdr.Lindner_UC560.07_20_2010_09_37_03.840
UC 560 generate *cdr files, but doesn't send them to the ftp server. If I send them by hand (copy flash: ftp:...) everything is OK. The problem is that the UC doesn't send them automatically. The UC running IOS Version 15.0(1)XA2.
I have the same configuration in UC 520, with IOS Version 12.4(20)T and everything is OK.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Velin Tsekov

Hello Velin,
There is a bug CSCtb72550I for this issue,
This symptom is observed when the gw-accounting file command is configured to point to an FTP server.
Symptom: Error/Failure while writing compressed core using FTP.
Workaround: Push the CDR records locally to the flash instead of to an FTP URL or to upgrade to XA3A, please contact me if you need help you with this issue.
Thanks
Victor.-
