UC500+CCA3.1
Trying to achieve the following call flow
FXO incoming calls go to floating extension 150. This is to achieve night service mode where instead of floating extension's CFA it will goe directly to AA 152.
Question 1. During the day, I want 150 to ring operator's phone 101, and if she doesn't pick up I want to go to AA 152. Currently, it goes to her voicemail, is there a way to make it go to AA 152 after her phone rings. I think I might need to set up a sequential hunt group where it rings 101 first and no answer goes to AA 152. I'll try that. Let me know if there's a better way.
Next
Question 2. AA says. Press 1 for Office A. When they press 1, it rings blast group 100 which rings all phones. If nobody picks up, I want it go to General Delivery Voicemail. I assume a blast group 100 can be a GDM ?
Finally. Question 3. I would like receptionist's phone line to show message light when GDM has voicemails. Any way to do that?

I would create a second line appearance on her phone (ext 102) and point calls to that extension. On that button I would set the CFNA and CFB to 152.

When you create a blast or a hunt group a GDM is automatically created and only the members of the group can check the mailbox. When you create the hunt / blast group, set the CFNA to your voicemail's extension so users can leave messages in the GDM.
Finally. Question 3. I would like receptionist's phone line to show message light when GDM has voicemails. Any way to do that?
Maybe someone can chime in here. I haven't tried setting this up with CCA 3.1 just yet.
