Hi, I use a UC520 and several 7965G.
Is it possible to activate CallForwardBusy with the keypad
or is it only possible with CLI or CCA?
Kind regards

CFwdAll is a soft Key on the phone.
CFBL is available in CCA or Office Manager (the end user Admin tool)

Hi,
is there no way to activate this CFB with a FeatureAccessCode or anything like this?
There are only salesmen and don´t have any access over the LAN to the UC.
Kind regards,
DetNit

I will investigate another option for this. I am working on it.

I will have to follow up with you in the morning once I discuss this with the team.

DetNit - Call Forward Busy is programmed by default with CCA... it goes to Voicemail? What exactly do you want them to be able to do? Change the extension of the CFB on the fly? Why would you do that? Again, tell us what you are trying to have them do and maybe someone can give you another way to do it.
Call Forward ALL is a softkey button that is on each phone (which you may already know...) but your subject is CFB and the request seems a little out of the normal and I am curious why you need this feature.

Hi,
the extension i want this feature for is the secretaries phone.
All other extensions in the branch are forwarded on busy to her phone
and she want to decide, where her calls are forwarded to on busy:
to her mobile, an other free extension in the branch or to her voicemail.
The UC delivers a lot of features, unfortunately not all are wanted by the
users but often there are wanted features, which aren´t implemented. :-(
Kind regards,
DetNit
