Can not connect conference calls

Hi All,

we have a UC560 with E1 and around 70 users. When we try to make an external call conference we get an error message displayed on the screen "Can not connect conference call" and the call disconnects.Where as the conference for the inter extensions work.

The software pack is 8.6.1 version for the UC. Please suggest.

Please suggest on this. Is it because of the number of users that they are consuming the DSP resources?

Hi Alexander,

The ad-hoc and meetme conference are enabled. they are setup for max 8 participants.

Please suggest.

When you issue show dspfam profile are they up and associated?

Yes the DSP resorces are up and associated.
