Cannot login to spa 112 web configuration as admin !!!

I cannot log in to spa112 web login with admin/admin username and password, neither after factory reset !

I have this answer :Invalid Username or Password.
Please Try Again.

-RC suffix is dedicated to OEM customized units. Your device is not the stock one. It has been customized for particular customer (large ISP or so). It may have different admin password or there may be no access to WWW UI at all. Return this device to seller as it have no value for you (unless you wish to connect to ISP the unit has been customized for).
