Please I need help here. My router I have not used for a long time now. I have configured E1 on it and was waiting to finish up some other configurations from my pone systems. I am through and back to my router but cant get into the rouer through my CCA. The only port that is working now is the WAN port. Even the console port I cant access through. What is the problem and what must I do?
The PC/EXP port is not woking too. I cant remember doing anything to it. Please I need help urgently.

If the console port does not work, and you have verified that your serial adapter/PC/terminal software is working with another device, then the unit is faulty.
