Change Photo / Picture on 525G2 Phones

I thought there was a way to change the photo that appears on the 525G2 phones to something other that the defaulat Golden Gate bridge, clouds, etc. to maybe a corporate logo etc.  Am I missing an option or instructions to complete this?
