Hi All,
I ordered Cisco Business Edition 6000 - Software Version 9.X + Cisco CCX 9.0 Promo Bundle and it come with 2 package 1 for cisco BE and 1 for Cisco CCX.
But when I Open the package I just get the PAK for Cisco BE 9.X , but not with CCX, there are only CD installer in the CCX pacakge. do we need to order a different PAK for this CCX or I just miss the license PAK? because from what I know this already bundled with 5 agent for the CCX promo bundle.
