CISCO CP-8831 Registered but wont dial out

Hello,

 

      I have multiple CISCO 8831 conference phones deployed. They are all registered with my current CISCO 3945 running CME 12.0.  My current problem is that while they can receive calls all day they cant place a call either internal or external.  I had all the phones up and running on CME version 10.5 with no issue but after upgrading to CME 12.0 they can no longer place a call.  While running on version 10.5 i was using a "voice register pool-type 8831" and everything was good but now that I am on 12.0 the 8831 phone is a known pool type and the configuration associated to the fast track pool type is gone.  Does anyone have an idea of what else could have changed between 10.5 and 12.0 in regards to default configurations that i should look at to get these phones working again?  The phones are currently running the latest firmware from the CISCO site 10-3-1SR6-4.
