I have two IP Phones. Neither will reboot past "Checking DNS". I spent an hour on the phone with Ring Central who claims it is a Cisco problem. Tech support said they can do nothing. What do I need to do?

Tech support said they can do nothing.
Ring Central don't want to do anything because you didn't get the phone from them. Their behaviour is to be expected.
Go HERE and compare how the unit is to be configured against the Ring Central settings.
