CISCO SPA 50X - SIP Notify Force Resync when Provision Enable set to No

I'm assuming the answer is no but it is possible to force a resync even if the "Provision Enable" option is set to No? 

The phones in question have Auth-Resync-Reboot set to Yes. So the notify message would be authenticated. I verified the reverse authentication is working as I'm able to get the phones to reboot with "Event: reboot". 

Just hoping there is a an optional parameter to resync that can force a resync. Explicitly passing the profile rule in the notify doesn't seem to make a difference.

It's meaningless, as far as I know. While phone will receive resync request, it it have no enabled method to fulfill such request. It apply to other methods to initiate provisioning as well - so even HTTPS/URL method will not trigger provisioning (as long as it's disabled).

Just enable provisioning to solve this issue (but make sure it's configured the secure way) ...
