We are unable to make outgoing calls from Cisco SPA112, it gives 2 times missed calls to the receiver and then engaged tone.
Tried to check by change the telphone & use with other Internet Service Provider, but still the problem persist.
Took the unit to the support provider, they say it is hardware problem and contact LinkSys directly.
When we contacted LinkSys they asked to contact Cisco directly.
When we contacted Cisco they told to put the problem in the Forum.
Can we advised how to solve this problem.

Switch to "advanced editor" (see upper right corner) then use "Attach Files" (bottom left).
