Cisco SPA232D + SPA302D "no PSTN ring threw"

I have the SPA232D with SPA302D dect phone .

basically I want the PSTN line ( Main line ) to ring on the Dect Phone as well as be able to forward PSTN to VOIP as soon want to transfer the line PSTN to another locations VOIP number with caller ID transfer 

currently I can add SIP accounts to Dect 1 , LINE 1 , & PSTN , however if I ring the PSTN via my mobile phone for test nothing happens on either SPA232D , SPA302D etc , so not picking up a ring tone / dial tone
