Cisco SPA525G2 Resync Issue

Hi,

     We are running firmware version 7.4.6 and in SIP mode with BoradWorks. The issue we are having is that when issuing a Rebuild File and Reboot from BroadWorks Device Management System, the 525 will reboot once and download the latest configuration files, however when trying to issue a second Rebuild and Reboot the 525 responds back to the SIP Notify from BroadWorks with a 200Ok but does not reboot.

can you post the sip/wireshark trace, There may be some further information in there.

Does the phone reboot on the next resync?  (usually one hour later)

Hi,

When you do a second reboot from DMS, phone won`t reboot if the configuration file is the same. Phone actually compares its configuration and DMS configuration.

Hi All

Could you possible supply me with your example SPA525G2.cfg and the default txt file you use to complile the CFG file.

Our Cisco phones report a parsing issue after the 2nd reboot.
