We have a Windows Small Business Server 2003 running Microsoft CRM 3.0 that we're in the process of upgrading to SBS 2011 with Microsoft CRM 2011.
We run a Cisco UC500 phone system and had the "Cisco Microsoft CRM Connector" working with CRM 3. It appears there isn't a version of the CRM Connector specificaly for CRM 2011, but seems people have got the latest Call Connector for CRM 4.0 working. Is there any documentation or guides on how to set this up?
The newest version seems to be 7.52
I can't download the file though. We bought our UC500 and all our Cisco phones through our local telco "Telus". They never properly set us up with access to cisco.com. When we initialy setup our UC500 with CRM 3.0 someone from Telus gave us a temporary account to cisco.com to download all the software we needed at the time. So I'm wondering what we can do to get the "Cisco_Unified_CRM_Connector_7.52.zip" file? Maybe someone can email it or post it?
It seems this software is also end-of-life which sucks. The CRM connector integration is one of the main reason we chose a Cisco phone system.

Hi Brikers,
I was going to give you an intelligent response, but I no longer have access to certain sections of the Cisco site since I disassociated my profile from a partner...
I believe Cisco are continuing support from MS Dynamics, but given that you are moving to 2011 I highly doubt that it will be supported so soon, it normally takes Cisco a little while to test it internally and then do a field test before a release is even considered.
I would actually give the SBSC team a call, they are always happy to take calls like this as they are simple and straight forward, ask to speak to a product manager if one is available, or to someone who can assist you with your enquiry... Even better call your local Cisco Office if there is one in your location and speak to a product specialist who is usually in the know
Cheers,
David.
