I have three Cisco WIP310 IP phones that I wish to use on our corporate network that supports SIP. I have successfully attached one of the phones to the wireless network and configured SIP and the phone works great.
However the other two phones have a differnet issue each:
- One of the phones is connected to the network/wireless access points and has a static IP assigned. I can ping the IP address from windows and can confirm the IP address is only used on this one device. I can't however open the web gui using the IP address.
- The other phone although I know I'm entering the wireless key correctly using the correct encryptipn type will not connect to the network. I have assigned an IP address that I can also confirm is not used by another device.
Both of these phones are running the same software and hardware versions as the working phone - 5.0.12(12231538) & R03.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Alex
