Hi,
I've got a CUCME customer that's dialling e.g. 9XYZ. This number gets translated to 229XYZ before going over an E1 QSIG trunk to a PABX. The '22' is required by the PABX to indicate the trunkline. The call works just fine in this manner. The only problem is that, once the call is connected, the calling part is presented the connected party number of '229XYZ' instead of the original dial number of '9XYZ'. The customer doesn't like this as it reveals the PABX's internal working/call routing logic that's not relevant to the end user. Is there any way to prevent this or translate it back solely for presentation purposes?
Thanks,
Joe
