configuration SPA9000,SPA3102 to PSTN

I would like to help in integrating the SPA9000 with SPA3102.

The scenario I have is the following:

- 1 SPA9000

- 1 SPA3102

- 2 SPA303 (IPPhone)

All devices are connected to a switch catalyst 2960, the network has no VLAN configured and is dedicated to the telephone system.

how to configuration IP PBX SPA9000 with gateway SPA3102 to PSTN to make a communication between IP Phone and analog phone connected to FXO port in SPA3102. (just for local connection without internet connection).
