I have a Cisco/Linksys SPA 962 Small Business IP Phone that I need help configuring. The device was previously configured for a different workstation and I need to add the new SIP Credentials for my new VOIP provider.
Let me say that I am a business user (ie not a technical/IT/telephony professional) and have never configured a Cisco/Linksys or any other IP phone before. My VOIP provider couldn't assist me and suggested I contact Cisco. I contacted Cisco support and they referred to this forum. Nothing I've tried has worked. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
