creating a mailbox on fake ephone-dn

Hi guys,

Just wondering how I do this? I have calls coming in from sip trunk to ephone dn 20 which has a number of 520. I have night-service bell enabled which works fine. During the day it forwards to ext 511. However, currently when calling it says no mailbox configured for this extension. Which is correct. But, how do I create one? It doesn't show on the cue webpage, not sure how to do it by cli.

I assume this was all done through CLI. If you are using CCA  as well to manage this box be sure to follow the CCA OOB guide. With that said you can create a mailbox from the CUE GUI or CLI. Which SWP or CUE version do you have?
