I have a client that would need to get stats regarding the received calls he gets.
I saw that there is a Historical Reporting client available, but seems like I need a contract to be able to download it.
Can someone tell me what kind of contract the client would need to have access to the files?
Right now, the client has a UC560-T1E1-K9 and his units is covered by a
CON-SBS4-SVC1 contrat but I don't see any other type of contract that would give access to downloads, from what I see on the Service-Finder website.
So how are we supposed to get access to files like :
CUCEHistoricalReportsInstall-8.6.6.exe or CUCEHistoricalReportsInstall-8.0.5.exe
Or maybe you'd suggest another way to record the call history?
