CUE - message times are different than CUE time

I have set the time correctly for CUE and in CCA all devices are synchronized but when messages are left in voice mail it has the wrong time. How do I fix this or even check it?

Thanks. I just changed the time server to time.nist.gov on CME and CUE and it fixed the problem.
