I've been trying to get our system to do this for ages but I still can't figure it out..
On the UC500 what is is best way to have a DDI map to a hunt group at certain times?
Say at 8:30Am I want a DDI to get to a certain list of people but then at 5:30 have that list change?
Is the Schedule only for the AA

you may want to also check for Event Manager please check this post https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3140175
the post shows a sample for outbound DP, but it should be the same for inbound DP
please bear in mind that the code might not be CCA complaint

Hi, what have you tried?
Option 1 - Create an automated attendant script
Option 2 - Night service for call routing. Maybe your easiest route. Already done and documented by the community.

Thanks for the information.
It seems that the "Night Service" is what we need, we seemed to have issues with the "fac standard" which lead me to look for analternative way but once I worked out it was this causing the issue it all seems to be working now
