I am in the UK - I have both analgue lines and one SIP trunk. My phones and users are all set to FULL dialling priviledges, and I have not altered the default setup of allowing all calls, with the exception of removing the ONLY default block ox 09xx calls. Latest firmware on the 320.
If I choose a SIP trunk line and try and dial 166 then it rejects the call as undiallable. If I choose an analogue line and try and dial 1471, it does the same. I have checked the dialling restrictions and cannot see what is blocking this - I have tried choosing an outbound line by pressing 8 or 9 (where 8 is the SIP trunk seelctor and 9 the analogue trunk selector) and by manually selecting the soft button for the outside line.
Any ideas?

Hi Jon,
This may be a dial plan issue. Can you please open a case with the Small Business Support center and provide them with exactly how you are trying to dial these addresses?
What is the 166 service?
I believe 1471 is the BT's "show my last called number" number service.
Thanks,
Chris

Chris,
166 is a service number for my SIP trunk provider.
