Direct Voicemail access from FXS port

Hi. We have a user extension on the FXS port using a Panasonic DECT phone. Currently, if he has a vm, he gets a notification on the set, a stuttered dial tone, as he should. However, he has to dial the vm pilot extension, then enter his extension, password, etc. Is there a way he can simply access his extension's vm directly without all the entries?

Hi Derek,

SPA5xx phones provide vm button to access vm dorectly, but analog phone hooked to FXS doesn't have such function. So that the procedures he does are the only way to access his vm.

Alternatively you can setup voicemail to email in the configuration utility, he can listen vm by checking email.
