Distinctive Ring for Internal Vs External Calls AND Huntstop Channel

Hello.

Any ideas on this one?

Customer needs hunstop channel configured on their buttons, so when a second call comes in - it routes directly to voicemail etc.

How could this be combined with internal / external ringtones?

At present we can route external calls to a second button on the phone and make it sound different - but since this is a second button, the huntstop feature doesn't work.

Hi Adam,

You can choose this options in CCA 3.2 under Configure  > Telephony  > Users and Extensions >  Users and Phones, then choose a phone and click edit. In the phone edit window choose "Ring parameters" tab. There you can choose"Disctictibve Ring" and "Hunstop Channel"
