DND Button - Can this be disabled?

Is there a way to disable the do not disturb function on the 508g? My wifes admin is constantly hitting it (dont know if its accidental or not) and I need to know if it can be turned off.

I believe it is part of the standard phone template and cannot be changed.  Of course maybe Small Business TAC might have a way to do that by creating a different template or getting into CLI somehow.  However, the DND button is a standard feature, and is not a bug.  So, I believe S-Tac would have to suggest you just leave it alone, and they probably couldn't help.

We are looking at soft key menu customizations in a future feature release.  I'm afraid there isn't much you can do today though.
