We have a client with 2 - 7960's for the 2 receptionists. About a month ago, the client had us modify the template and remove the DND softkey. However, after what appears to have been a power outage yesterday, once both phones came back up, they are both listed as DND, so there is no ringing, and no softkey to press to disable this. How can we go in and 1.) disable the DND so the phones will start ringing, and 2.) Permanently disable the DND feature on the phone, so this does not happen in the future?
