Enable external PING of UC320w

Hi,

We have recently installed and configured a UC320w and it is working fine.  We are using a SIP provider and we want to enable failover t analogue lines if the SIP line goes down.  Our SIP provider want to PING the UC320w to know when the SIP line has gone down and then they can implement failover.  Is it possible to enable remote PING on the Uc320w?

Yes it is possible and there is a PMF for it.  If you go to Status > Devices, click Alter PMFs, then select Add PMF from Cloud, you should see one there called something like WANPing.  Grab that one and apply it and pinging from the WAN side should start working.
