Hi,
How do you solve the error 1085 at the login page. I'm not able to get access to prompt but I see the blue wallpaper of the login page.
Any ideas

Hi Marc,
In some cases the following issues might contribute to the cause of this issue:
There are some additional discussions at this thread.

If these suggestions don't help, you should open a case with Cisco Small Business Support Center. You can refer to this thread to save time.
The SBSC contact numbers can be found in the following link:

They might need to assist you with a UC320W software upgrade. You can reference this thread to speed things up.

The 1085 error is saying "the XML loaded from the UC320 is malformed".
I can think of three scenarios that could create this error:
1 .If you attempt to login "too early".
It is difficult to know when it is safe to login after a restart (we wait a full minute ourselves), but you can get this error if you try too soon because when the web server embedded in the UC320 is restarted, partial packets can result. If this is the source, then retrying (by reloading the browser window) a minute after the box is fully rebooted should clear the problem.
2. If you have intermittent connectivity to the UC320
Of course, if you are directly connected this is not the problem. But if you are connected through the WAN then an interrupted connection could cause this problem. If you only see this issue when remotely (or wirelessly) connected, then I would attempt to diagnose why the connection may be intermittent.
3. You may have a corrupted box.
I have never personally seen this occur, but it is conceivable . If a configuration is corrupted then when the web server sends it, it will be incomplete or mal-formed. If this is the case, then the 1085 will not be intermittent; there will be no way to clear it. If this is the case, then we would like you to escalate the problem to someone who can retrieve the corrupted config and provide any info you have as how it might have happened. Then factory reset the UC320 and restore an earlier site-backup.
Thanks! --eric

Hi Eric,
I have the same issue, I am in case 3, most probably, and I can give access to the box to whomever in Cisco may require to have access to it and get informations from it.
I have not done anything: I received the box like this.
Regards,
Flavien.

Hi Marc;
Can you please check your browser default language settings? It should be set for English-US, English-UK or French-CA, otherwise it may have issues.
Next release (2.1) will incorporate more languages&countries.
Regards;
Alberto
