Hello!!!

I have 2 error in CCA with the telephony wizard:

- the first one is attached, when the UC is factory default, the first wizard search the config and make this error.

- after 2 or 3 times I launch the wizard It is working!!! but I complete all steps and when I apply the second error come. So I can't configure the UC with CCA wizard!

Be sure I respect the pre-requis (in attached file too sory this document is in french, If you wan't I can translate it). I allready upgrade 8.2 by CLI and upgrade wizard... (it is the same) Just one thing the telnet parameter (I don't understand what it is meaning activate TELNET)

Do you think I have to downgrade to 8.1?

Thanks and thanks.

Best regards.

Hello Alexandre,

I looked at the document you are using, and it shows that you are factory defuaulting CUE, but it does not mention CME.  Have or did you factory reset CME before trying to run though the wizard.  If CME is not at factory defaults, CCA may not be able to run the Telephony Setup Wizard.

Factory reset CME:

UC500#copy Flash:UC540W-FXO-K9-factory-8.2.0.cfg start     (The version may change depending on what version is loaded (8.2.0))

Thank you,

Darren

Hello Darren,

thanks for your reply!

I have ever done this factory reset, and it result the same thing.

I will try this afternoon to configure a virtual machine on WIN XP PRO to try...

Because I think it can be my labo machine on Win 7 PRO x64 the cause.

I will inform you the result!!!

Again thanks, and best regards.

I decide now working on my WINXP VM labo PC only...

Thanks again for all and have a nice day.
