Hello,
We have a UC520 installed in our network.
Data VLan: 192.168.10.x
Voice VLan: 10.1.10.x
Phones are working just fine.
We are trying to implement an imaging server on our data VLan that runs TFTP. The problem is, is that the TFTP service on the imaging server won't start because it see an existing TFTP server (UC520) on the subnet.
I'm confused though because doesn't the TFTP server on the UC520 only broadcast itself on the Voice VLan? If not, is there any way to modify the config to make it do so?
Thanks.
Brian

You can configure an ACL to block TFTP on the data VLAN interface.

But then the TFTP traffic for my image server would be blocked as well correct, since it resides on the data vlan?

No. ACL blocks traffic in/out router, and nothing else.

ok. So would I block TFTP traffic inbound to the Data VLAN?
