I imported about 70 client phone numbers into our UC320 directory list. We are using the SPA504G phones and trying to access these client numbers. When we select the softkey "dir" there are choices for which directory appear on the screen. After selecting the external directory list option the screen dispalys our client numbers. The problem is finding the client you want to call appears to be very time consuming. The scrolling option takes forever to get to a company that begins with "W" and the search option is difficult.
Is anyone using this feature successfully? If so, can you suggest a better way to access client numbers and dial them.
