Caller gets a fax tone but always errors out. I was originally trying x801 but had the same problem. Changed to x291 - no difference
I have followed the 7.37 onramp document that Marcos had referenced in posting pretty much exactly. I am using CCA 2.2, with 7.0.4 and have loaded app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl
I have the fax user mailbox setup, I have notification enabled (notification works for our voicemail to email to our Exchange server).
This office uses 2xx extensions. I set the fax user as 291. I Set 4FX0-0/2/1 to Operator 291 in Incoming Dial Plan
I have added the service onramp to dial-peer voice 101 pots that has 0/2/1
mta settings and mmoip dial-peer configured as follows
fax interface-type fax mail
mta send server 10.1.10.1 port 25
mta send with-subject both
mta send mail-from hostname ktlp-uc
mta send mail-from username fax
dial-peer voice 2500 mmoip
service fax_on_vfc_onramp_app out-bound
destination-pattern 291
information-type fax
session target mailto:291@10.1.10.1

Did you reboot the UC500 as suggested in my document?

Yes - I performed a reboot of the system to test this - actually multiple times.

Hi Stephen,
Can you please open a TAC case? We might have a compatibility problem between the scripts and the IOS version, but I am not sure.
