We have few fax to email numbers setup on our UC540. Problem we're having is that, no one actually monitors the actual voice mailboxes so when they become full fax to email stops working.
Is there a way to avoid this in the future - possibly automated?
Thanks.

Hi,
AFAIK, there is no plan for auto delete message feature.

David,
Thanks for the response. What is the best way to manage a fax to email mailbox? do all fax items that get sent via email also take up space in the mailbox? does this mailbox need to be cleared manually periodically?

There is a way around this but I requires CLI. You would use the same TCL script but actually have the script deliver to an email address and not a CUE mailbox. When I get back to my PC I will post the a sample config.
An smtp relay will be needed for this to work properly.

Thanks Mario.
Fax to email was originally configured via CCA and I would like to keep it that way. Is it correct to assume this is not an option when sticking only to CCA?

This is not a CCA supported item. If you turn off the fax to email in CCA and then setup via CLI, CCA will not break the config.
I have sent this setup to the CCA team to add as an option for Fax to Email setup.
