I have a customer where the onramp service has been successfully implemented and there are four users receivng fax-to-email. When I setup one of the users I failed to set the notfication preference to All Messages from Urgent Messages. CUE is showing the faxes were received but it never was delivered to the users inbox. Is there some way to force CUE to send or resend messages that are sitting in a users mailbox to the email inbox?
