Firmware Upgrade SPA122

Hi

I just bought SPA122 which come with firmware v 1.2.1(004). I try to upgrade to current version but the 'choose file'button is not functioning. I have try all the solution under the thread of "SPA122 firmware upgrade "choose file" grayed out" but no result and some of link in Patrick Born reply is not working. 

Any other solution?

Go to Administration > Management > Web Access Management > Remote Access > Remote Upgrade.
Make sure this is Enabled.
