Hi all
Does anyone know a document where we can find the complete list of possible settings for Cisco SMB SPA5xx ?
We know the url: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin/spacfg.xml But this XML we get doesnt show really ALL the options.
In fact, we found that the option: "Protect_IVR_FactoryReset" is not shown on this XML on a new "out of the box" SMB IP Phone, but this option is working. It worked very well, until firmware 7.4.7, now seems to be not working or renamed or xxx ; this was the reason we try and compare all our settings to the live url xml, so after many work, finally here O:)
¿Any idea or path to follow?
Thanks in advance!

Hola Gorka;
Please use the SPC tool to generate the sample XML file for the device. You can find the SPC tool for your specific device+firmware on Cisco.com download SW area.

Hi Alberto&&Rvaltier,
Thanks for your support
We will try this way of creation the xml, until now, we were always getting the spacfg.xml and adapting to our needs. This new way looks interesting.

Hi,
Finally, we have slowly tested the setting:
on firmware 7.4.7 and I can confirm:
-If this setting is enabled, the option is not shown on the menu. Not show at all. In previous versions, the option is shown, and need admin password to be toggled.
-If this setting is disabled, the option is shown on the menu and doesnt require password to factory reset.
¿Can anyone confirm if this is a bug?
Same .cfg on previous firmware, work as expected.
Thankx!
