Hello everyone,

I have UC 560, it used by 2 different comapny. Let say company A and comapny B. I want to know about auto attendant feature.

I need two seprate auto attendant on comapny A and company B. When some one call comapny A then company A auto attendant kicks in, when some one call company B then company B auto attendant kicks in. I can see the feature multi level, but i need two main auto attendant and then seprate sub menu for all....

Thanks,

Yes, this is possible.  We support up to three unique AAs, each with its own Greeting Schedule and menu actions.

Each one can have a specific DID mapped to it (PSTN Number in the GUI below).

Just be aware that if you enable dial by name or dial by number, we dont partition the two groups of users (multi-tennant style) so both AAs will have the whole directory.   Partner who use this usually use Hunt Groups or extensions as targets for menu actions so they can overcome this.

' see the feature multi level, but i need two main auto attendant and then seprate sub menu for all'

this feature is not there as per my experince  u can have one aut attandauto with submenus or multiple auto attendant  with out submenus

this what i can see on cca 3 ,

Correct.  Its either / or:

Three Auto Attendant modes are available:

  • Off. When the Auto Attendant mode is set to Off, the factory default settings are used, and the AA Script is set to aa.aef.
  • If you choose to disable the Auto Attendant by setting the mode to Off, the  dial plan mapping between the AA PSTN number and AA internal extensions  are deleted. Voice feature settings that reference the Auto Attendant, such as  the main number, hunt groups, and call blast groups, may need to be  modified.

  • Standard. The Standard Auto Attendant mode enables you to configure up  to three (3) Auto Attendants, each with a single level of menus. See  Configuring a Standard Auto Attendant.
  • Multi-Level. The Multi-Level Auto Attendant mode enables you to configure  the AA so that it presents a main menu with up to three (3) submenus to  callers. See Configuring a Multi-Level Auto Attendant.
