How do I get rid of this prompt that plays when a call is forwarded to my extension?

Forgot to say we have Cisco SPA508G phones

Lynn,
The message must be playing from the Call Control that the SPA508G phone is registered to. Only the SPA301G & SPA501G have a built in IVR (and it does not have a Press 1 for English Prompt).
Please contact your Telephone Service Provider and ask them what device is playing the prompt.
