Having issues connecting SPA504G - connecting via NBN (fibre) but using a router that doesnt support VOIP

Hi – I put the password in for the voip (provided by ISP) but then got to this screen. Now I cant even login into the config of the phone.  I have added the screen dumps below as attachments.

I am not sure where I am meant to enter the settings:

Password =

  SIP server = 

  SIP Port = 5060

  Codec = G729 

  Packet Size = 20msec”
