Headset for SPA Phones

Please advise the best headset for the SPA phones we have sold P

lantronics C555 with the lifter and cusotmers are not happy with them on the SPA phones, please suggest a good

wireless headset.

Look at high end headsets, any of those should be good. Is is there any specific complain from the customer?

Hi Dennis,

Verified Headsets are as follows:

GN-Netcomm: GN2000NC

Attachement Required: Part# 8800-00-75

GN-Netcomm: GN2120NC

Attachement Required: Part# 8800-00-75

You need to purchase the 2.5mm Audio Jack cable so that way it plugs into it otherwise it comes with the RJ11 connector and or the 3.5mm Audio Jack.

These headsets are also referred to as Jabra as well, and should be available world wide, check with a local distributor to see if they stock it.

If you are wanting Bluetooth then the best possible fit would be as follows:

Plantronics Voyager Pro Part# code 402522

Again this should be available world wide from what I can see, also all the above headsets will work with 7900 series phones and above as well, you will just need to change the second part of the card to suit the particular phones module or form of connection.
